DOUG SCARBROUGH – from Mr Firths Finale to John Neptune !

1) Singing Or Acting ?
I like both.

2) You have made alot of commercials, Some are national companies…Remind us ?

My favorite one is for the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas.

3) Would you work on another HULK movie ,If asked ?I don’t know, I would have to see the script.(Doug played a general in ERIC BANA ‘Hulk’)

4) BEST of ‘The Scar’ On/Off set ?I’m easy to work with,Know the material ahead of time,Always ready for anything.

5) WORST of ‘The Scar’ On/Off set ?I’m my Worst Critic,Always tear myself down.

6) One Sentence Descriptions – Matt Sconce -Very Driven

,Ian Pugh- Talented Young Man/Give him alot of respect for his craft
,Willy Ortlieb- INTENSE about movies,actors,people…
,Nelms Bros.- They are a Good Team,Work like one gifted machine
and ‘Buck’ Shaffer- He was like My ‘Father In Music’.

7) ‘City Of Hope’ benefit,You seem to be it’s crown jewel of entertainment ?

I love all the people of Porterville, and the City Of Hope shows that I have had the pleasure of being in.  Buck Shaffer was one of my all time favorite people in the world.  I loved him like a father.  He inspired so many young people in the Porterville area, and I am one of them.

8) Will ‘John Neptune’ series be your biggest role and Can you say IF you are a good guy or bad ?

I don’t know if that will be one of my biggest rolls ever, only time will tell.  You have to watch all of the episodes to see if I’m a bad guy or a good guy? ( Editor: Doug’s character has some overtones of Colonel in AVATAR or Dark Lord of the Sith in Star Wars).

9) Where did you learn to dance ?

I don’t consider my self a dancer.  I do have a natural God given rhythm  though.
( from Doug footnote:My granddaughter has all the dancing genes and was just in a dance-wear catalog.)

10) Final thoughts,Maybe something you always wanted to share ?

I’ve always enjoyed singing for people.  I also enjoy little acting parts.  Nothing too stressful.
